Accessing One's Library Account

At times, you will have patrons wanting information about their library accounts. You can show them how to access information about their accounts using Quick Search. Follow the directions below.

Type keywords into the box by "Quick Search" on the library's homepage.
Click on "Sign In" in the top right-hand side of the screen.
Log in with your Transy username and password.
Click on "My Account."
Patrons can then view their checkouts, fines, interlibrary loan requests, search activity, etc.

You can also find information regarding checkouts and fines when using the circulation tab of WMS.

Remember to never give out a patron's information to anyone other than the patron.
