Remote Instruction Resources
Here are resources for delivering classes using online tools such as Moodle, Google Classroom, Google Meet, or Google Drive.
If you want your students to take tests, you can watch this video on how to create a quiz, or read the instructions below, and have them complete it from wherever they are. There is a second video that goes in depth on how to add questions to your quizzes and tests on Moodle.
To add a quiz, you will turn editing on within your course by navigating to the Administration menu on the right-hand side of the course page. The second option should be "Turn Editing On."
Once editing is turned on, you'll add an quiz for your students by clicking "Add assignment or resource" for the topic or week it's assigned.
From the pop-up, you will select "Quiz." As you can see from the description, there are a lot of ways to use the quiz function, from very casual assessment to your final exam.
When you've edited all the options you need to, click "Save and Display."
