Group Campaign Advocacy
(example from the KY library professional orgs)

This is an example of a larger, group campaign that utilized a paid, advocacy software to mobilize a group. Advocacy software platforms are often used by large organizations. Research organizations invested in the issue, bill or topic you are pursuing in your advocacy to join existing efforts. [This campaign has ended and is used as an example]

"We are continuing our fight as an Association to stop this bill from becoming law and have contacted the Governor’s office to urge his veto. Now you can help out with that as well.

Working with our ALA partners, Advocacy chair Samuel Northern has developed a Oneclicks campaign to urge the Governor to veto. Adding your name and voice to this effort takes less than a minute. Please join me in this effort as we work to ensure our professional values are represented and protected in the state. If you wish to add to the petition, you can do so here.

Thank you all again for your support and membership of the Kentucky Library Association."
