An authoritative source for information on more than 70,000 plants, animals, and ecosystems of the United States and Canada. Explorer includes particularly in-depth coverage for rare and endangered species.

National Biological Information Infrastructure

The NBII links diverse, high-quality biological databases, information products, and analytical tools maintained by NBII partners and other contributors in government agencies, academic institutions, non-government organizations, and private industry.

Macaulay Library Animal Sound Recordings

"The Macaulay Library is the world's largest and oldestscientific archive of biodiversity audio and videorecordings.
